The American car insurance company Progressive realised a slightly odd advert at the beginning of April 2013.
The ad depicts how bad drivers can make insurance prices rise for the majority of drivers who are safe and alert. These are ‘Rate Suckers’ and in the advert are seen literally sucking on windscreen of a good driver.
