What Is CRM?
Customer Relationship Management, or CRM is the strategy your business implements to manage interaction between you and your customers.
The main aim of Customer Relationship Management is to focus on improving lead conversion and increasing sales through enhancing your customers loyalty and trust with your business. Why? Simply because loyal customers WILL buy again from you. Loyal customers are your repeat customers.
The trouble with maintaining good relationships is that you have to make sure you know exactly what each customer needs at exactly the right time. And that is where Small and Medium sized businesses find a problem. They simply don’t have the time to do this.
So how do we solve this?
This is where CRM systems come in. You can gather this information by setting up your marketing campaigns through the CRM system. Creating automated responses that trigger a reminder for you to personally attend to an enquiry. Or even automated follow up campaigns that make sure you never let a customer fall through the cracks. There is so much more you can do with them.
There are quite a few CRM systems around. And they all work well. However the main issue with them is that they take a very ‘one size fits all’ approach to the look and the mechanism of their CRMS. Which is why business owners are not fully reaping the benefits of having a CRM System.
What we try to do is to stop all the hassle that goes into trying to figure out how to use a CRM System. We spend time with you. Get to understand how your business works and then we build a bespoke system just for your business. Not only do you get this. You get your very own human campaign manager who will sit down with you and put your marketing ideas into action. That means more time for you to do what you do best. Selling.
I would love to know what you are doing to keep up the relationship your customers good? Does it involve a lot of time? Does it stop you from doing other things ?
