Who wins ? You Decide.
Located on 28th Street in Chelsea, consumer products company Quirky were ready for battle when they put up the below billboard Monday 21 January 2013.
The billboard above accuses OXO, another consumer products company just 2 blocks away of ripping of one of their products. A dust pan with rubber teeth at the back.
Quirky held a protest which they made public through their Social Networks.
OXO decided to back up their argument with a lot of research about patents…
